ERIKA'S BRAND NEW SINGLE
'MASQUERADE' OUT NOW!
‘Masquerade’ is unlike anything we’ve previously heard from Erika Soteri. The record draws inspiration from 70s funk and rock music, where funk, rock and rebellion were at a peak. Humanity fighting to make a change, protesting for their rights and civilization.
‘We, as artists, have been completely discarded and insulted by our governments, being labelled as “non-essential” workers, we’ve been told that we should “adapt or retrain into new industries”. Millions of musicians and creatives around the world have gone broke, struggling to get by. Thousands of music venues are on the brink of bankruptcy. The damage that has been inflected on our generation’s mental health will have caused far more damage in the long run than the virus itself could have done. 'Masquerade' is our act of rebellion.’
ERIKA SOTERI TURNS ALL 4 CHAIRS ON
THE VOICE OF GREECE
'The spectacular Erika from Larnaka interpreted 'Crazy' [Gnarls Barkley], making the coaches turn their chairs from the first minute.' - Z News.
All 4 judges literally went "crazy" over her from the first moment she began singing. Sakis Rouvas blocked Panos Mouzourakis and fought to the end with Helena Paparizou to convince Erika to join his team. Helena Paparizou and Sakis Rouvas sang to Erika during this battle, in attempt to win her over.
